We ship orders anywhere in the World. Internationals orders may take longer to be dispatched. Orders in Canada and the USA are shipped with Canada Post. All other orders are shipped via UPS.

If your purchase is $150 (subtotal) or more the shipping is free. The $150 will be considered before taxes/shipping and after coupon codes or offers. At checkout select ‘Free Shipping’ as your shipping method. This method generally takes 5-7 business days to arrive. If you would like your item to arrive sooner, you can select ‘UPS Express’, ‘UPS Next Day Air’ or ‘UPS Standard Overnight’ for an additional charge. The cost for expedited shipping will be based on your ship-to address and will be shown during checkout. If ordering from the U.S. you may be required to pay additional duties, fees or taxes at the time of delivery. These charges are assessed by the U.S. customs office. You as the purchaser and recipient will be fully responsible for any such charges.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your ship-to address and the size/weight of your order. Please note that when ordering internationally, you may be required to pay additional duties, fees or taxes at the time of delivery. These charges are assessed by the customs office in the shipment’s destination country – we are not able to estimate these costs as they vary from country to country and item to item. You as the purchaser and recipient will be fully responsible for any such charges.

Orders received by noon on a business day will typically ship the same day. If an order is received after noon, it may ship that day, but will typically ship the next business day. Same day shipping is not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive and needs to ship on the day that the order is placed, we recommend emailing customer service at admin@krvcollective.com to verify that it will ship by the date you require.

Our warehouses will be closed on the following days in honour of our holiday schedule. Please allow additional time for your order to ship if it is placed on or around these dates.

Orders shipped using UPS delivery service options will have a tracking number that you can use to see the status of your shipment on UPS’s website. We will provide this tracking number via email once your item has shipped.

No, but creating an account is really simple to do and once your set up you’ll be able to check out faster, save frequent addresses, track your orders and be the first to hear about KRV COLLECTIVE news and offers.

Most promotions apply automatically at checkout. If you have a discount code or coupon it has to be entered in the box which states ‘Coupon code’, enter your promotion code and click the Apply Coupon button.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date we’re here to help but it’s worth checking a few things before getting in touch. It will take between 3 and 5 days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse, we will email to confirm once your order is on its way.If you’ve chosen UPS standard or next day delivery check the tracking link we sent in your dispatch email to view up to date tracking information.

On occasions we are unable to send all of the items you have ordered. We will send you an email if you are to expect any missing items from your order so please check your mailbox. Some details may also be printed on your dispatch note. We will refund any payment taken for items not sent. If you have not received an email from us or if there is no information on your dispatch note, please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

If your order is shipping to Canada, we will be required to charge GST/HST. Orders shipping elsewhere will not be charged sales tax.

All purchases must either be received at our returns centre, or postmarked, within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund. Returned merchandise must be in its original unworn, unwashed condition and all packaging must be intact and included. Please note that the date of receipt refers to the date, which your order was delivered by UPS, according to the tracking information provided, or if delivered by Canada Post, based on standard shipping timelines. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of receipt. All returned merchandised must be sent back in its original forms including labels and packaging. All returns a subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees on return will be at the sole responsibility of the purchaser unless specified otherwise by KRV COLLECTIVE or one of its representatives. Be sure to send via a trackable shipping service and to insure your package. Your return can be shipped to us to our return address.

Returns or exchanges must be handled with the retailer from which the item(s) were originally purchased according to that specific retailer’s returns policy. KRV COLLECTIVE can only facilitate returns for orders placed through our website KRVCOLLECTIVE.COM

Refunds will be issued to the credit card on which the purchase was originally made. We cannot issue refunds to separate credit cards or other accounts.
